36 RES units will be launched in Bois-Sec, next to Bois Chéri. This residential RES project will be developed by Carlon Ltd for an investment of Rs. 842 million. The units will be composed of 2,3 or 4 bedrooms. The estate will host a golf course, private gardens, private swimming pools for certain types of villas and will be surrounded by a natural reserve. Carleon Ltd has applied for an Environment Impact Assessment Permit and one of the main factors to consider about this project is that it is ecofriendly.
