Lexpressproperty.com has just enhanced its property offer by adding two new categories namely “Hotel Resort” and “Stock-in-trade” in the BUY and RENT sections.
Property Type → Hotel Resort
Under the « Hotel Resort » category, upload your ads regarding small hotels, lodges or even guesthouses for sale or for rental. On top of adding the property description (number of rooms, surface area, swimming pool, garden…), do not hesitate to add some further indications concerning the business status (price per night, lease, tax…)
Property Type → Stock-in-Trade
LexpressProperty has created this category so that you can differentiate « Stock-in-trade » from ‘Commercial Space’. If you are selling a « Commercial space » in terms of a real estate unit, meaning the walls within which your business is established, you should publish your ad under the category « Commercial Space ».
If instead, the sale includes the selling space as well as all its licenses, client base, interior layout and potential stock of goods while the buyer is not owner of the building walls, then the ad should be uploaded in the « Stock-in-trade » category.
