Being a premium publication, Luxury Mauritius targets the international market, particularly high net worth individuals wishing to settle, work, do business or spend their retirement in Mauritius.
It gives a clear-cut image of the island through the eyes of foreign investors and local businessmen, key players within the local market. Prestigious hotels, luxury IRS & RES villas and apartments, exclusive leisure and high-end products (jewelry, perfumes, cars and the finest accessories) put forward in the magazine shows that the Mauritian market has much to offer to foreigners.

he magazine provides a wide range of information regarding taxation, investment rules, incentives for businesses and entrepreneurs, residence and occupation permits, ownership of assets, access to financial services and various additional matters. Luxury Mauritius seeks at promoting Mauritius as a benchmark business hub as well as a prime destination for holidays and exclusive lifestyle within an idyllic setting.
Luxury Mauritius a bilingual magazine (English and French) which will also be distributed via an online interactive version to more than 4 500 luxury real estate agencies in France, Monaco, Spain, Italy, UK, Russia, India, China, South Africa and Dubai, amongst others. “We strongly believe that Mauritius should be positioned in the international luxury market and we intend to deploy a large part of our budget to promoting our magazine worldwide. We shall tap into our network of contacts internationally, whilst making full use media technologies, Moreover, a mobile application of the magazine will be available in Apple and Google stores as well as on lexpressproperty.com’s website. We shall also bring in specialized international press agencies to sustain PR efforts worldwide”, adds Delphine Taylor.

Regarding Mauritius, the distribution will target hotels, local real estate agencies, airport, the Yu Lounge as well as supermarkets and shops at Rs. 200. Luxury Mauritius will also be sold in Réunion Island at 5 €. The magazine is sold at Rs 200 on the local market.
