After a successful opening at Les Fascines, in Moka, Workshop17 is extending its activities to the north! The specialist in coworking and high-end serviced offices is bringing its expertise to the entrance to Grand-Bay, in the Unity building at The Precinct.

Conveniently located within minutes of Grand Bay, within The Precinct building, Workshop17 offers fully equipped and serviced offices on over 2,700 m2 spread over three floors, tailored to the needs of various types of clients such as corporates, SMEs, start-ups and digital nomads.
