Harmonie Golf & Beach Estate will feature 220 luxury villas around an 18-hole golf course and will be spread over an area of 150 hectares. The project is being developed by Semaris in partnership with Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels. While the construction of the first phase of the project is scheduled to begin in 2023, the first units are expected to be delivered in 2025.
Investment opportunities
Two types of offers are proposed:
-# Built-up villas accessible to Mauritians and foreigners alike, and subject to a VEFA (Vente en l'Etat Futur d'Achèvement) contract.
-# Building plots available exclusively to Mauritians, with strict architectural specifications to be met for the construction of a villa.
The marketing of the first phase, comprising 81 villas and residential plots at the core of the estate, will be accompanied by the construction of a clubhouse and an 18-hole golf course.
Phases 2 and 3 will follow with 78 and 61 units respectively. Each phase is expected to be completed within three years of the start of construction.

The design of Harmonie Golf & Beach Estate is based on bioclimatic architecture conceived to be fully integrated into its natural environment. Three distinct models of villas are proposed. Oriented towards nature, they provide the opportunity to exploit the orientation of the villas (north, west, south) to the full. Tropical-style patios, natural and cross ventilation, generous surface areas, plenty of light and abundant vegetation are among the characteristics of a design in which the art of living is combined with nature!
