For the past ten years, Propertymauritius has played an important role in the real estate sector reserved for foreign investors and in the local market when it comes to sales, real estate advice and the preparation of the necessary paperwork.
A trustworthy agency
The agency is owned and led by a former real estate operator from the splendid city of Venice. In 2001, Rocco Zardinoni founded Propertymauritius and conquered the most prestigious real estate projects on the island. The company's address book includes exceptional IRS, RES and PDS projects for the foreign market, such as Anahita in Trou d'Eau Douce, Royal Park in Balaclava and several Evaco properties.

The parcels of land, located 100 metres from the public beach, boast exceptional residential conditions. The agency expects to finalise the sale of the 53 lots of the project during 2022.
