In case you have forgotten your password, you must proceed as follows to reset it: From the white menu, click on 'LOGIN'.
You will be directed to a 2nd page where you will be able to reset your password. In the section 'Already registered? Login to your account', click on the link 'Forgotten Password' and follow the instructions on your screen.
You will receive an email together with a link to reset your password.
CAUTION: This link is valid only for 15 minutes.
NB: Do not forget to change your password in your parameters.
