On this occasion, the group wanted to thank its employees, partners, and loyal customers who have made this great success possible over the years. The group took the opportunity to reflect and take a step back on the actions taken over the past two decades in order to better envision the future. Evaco is doing everything possible to ensure that its achievements live up to the trust of its customers. Known for its major projects such as Cap Marina, Secret Private Villas Resort, Clos du Littoral, or recently launched Nautica Villas, Evaco has established itself as a reference in the fields of construction, engineering, manufacturing, and restoration, among others. 20 years that have made the group a singular company in its approach, style, and culture, but plural in its expertise.
Innovative spirit

Initially, the group had a visionary leader in the person of Arnaud Mayer, who came up with the idea of offering a unique life experience to his clients.
