Fees:
• For any sale or purchase:
- Seller: 2% of the selling price of the property + VAT based on the sale price on the notarial deed and payable latest the signature of the latter before the notary.
- Buyer: 2% of the selling price of the property + VAT based on the sale price on the notarial deed and payable latest the signature of the latter before the notary.
For a lease of at least 12 months:
Lessor: one-month rental + VAT based on the price mentioned on the rental contract (non-refundable fees in case of premature departure of the tenant).
Tenant: one-month rental + VAT based on the price mentioned on the rental contract.
For a 12-month contract: 10% + VAT of the total rental value of the rental period, payable with each renewal.
