AccuraRED Ltd, trading under the brand name, Accura Real Estate Development, has
been incorporated in Mauritius in July 2007.
Various projects have been developed and sold successfully since 2007, all thanks to
the flair of its founder, Saeed Currimjee, and to the dedication of the company’s
team of in-house and outsourced experts.
Accura Real Estate Development’s first project was Rivea, an agricultural
morcellement of 50 acres in the heart of Midlands. The projects next developed
were another agricultural morcellement of 30 acres on the spectacular mountain
slopes of Les Mariannes and a complex of eight luxury villas (So Beach Villas) situated
on the beach in Roches Noires.
Through a partnership agreement, Saeed Currimjee was a co-promoter on the Ebene
Junction project, situated in Ebene, which was a success, due to its innovative
concept, at a time where there was a surplus of offices on the Mauritian market.
Our last residential project delivered in May 2022. It consists of 22 luxury residential
units, all sold-out, situated on the prestigious Queen Mary Avenue in Floreal.
The company is now also positioning itself as a Smart City Property Developer and is
aiming at growing further with new projects in the pipeline in the different Smart
Cities of the island. It has acquired a plot of land in the Bagatelle Smart City and the
construction of a 3-storey commercial building with an additional 2 levels of
underground parking has already started, for sale under a Société Civile Immobilière
d’Attribution (SCIA) registered under the name Societe AccuraRED.
