Of course, the obtention of Internet requires to have a phone number. And if you want to set a new line, you will also have to provide your identity card. For any modification of your Internet subscription, you will have to fulfill and send a form to Orange. In both cases, you will have the possibility to choose between several kinds of subscriptions.
