Contemporary lines, generous proportions and a seamless connection with the outdoors give this villa an elegant yet welcoming character. Located in Petite Rivière Noire on the west coast of Mauritius, the property offers a comfortable residential setting with an infinity pool, landscaped garden and attractive mountain views.

Designed for easy everyday living, the villa creates a natural flow between its indoor and outdoor spaces. Large sliding glass doors extend the living room, dining area and open-plan kitchen with central island onto the terrace. A discreet office space is positioned behind the TV wall, while a laundry room with outdoor access and a guest toilet add to the home's practical layout.

The main villa comprises 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One 20 m² bedroom has its own bathroom and independent outdoor access. An additional 14 m² room can be adapted as a bedroom, home office or playroom according to individual needs. Two 16 m² bedrooms share a bathroom, while the 24 m² principal suite features a walk-in dressing area and direct access to the swimming pool.

Outside, the infinity pool is framed by elegant timber decking and a landscaped garden, creating an inviting setting for enjoying the Mauritian climate, relaxing outdoors or entertaining family and friends.

The property also includes an independent 80 m² cottage positioned at the front of the grounds. It comprises 3 bedrooms, its own infinity pool and a private garden, making it particularly suitable for accommodating family, guests or household staff while maintaining greater independence. The cottage can also be included in the rental for an additional Rs 60,000.

Set on a generous 2,220 m² plot, the property offers a total built area of 420 m², comprising 340 m² for the main villa and 80 m² for the cottage.
