This 285 m² villa, resolutely modern and spacious, is a haven of peace in the heart of the Avalon Golf Estate and its 220 hectares of rolling landscape. Situated on a 1000 m² plot, it comprises a large entrance hall opening onto a large living room with a TV lounge, dining room, and reception kitchen equipped with German brands and contemporary furnishings. A second kitchen, also equipped with Italian brands, allows for passionate cooking, right next to a family dining area. The entire property opens onto a decked terrace with a jacuzzi.

A vast corridor leads to three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with its large en-suite bathroom and separate dressing room. The other two bedrooms, also very spacious, share a beautiful bathroom. All rooms are bathed in natural light from large bay windows, regardless of the orientation, and offer exceptional spaciousness. The property entrance provides covered parking for two vehicles, and two additional parking spaces are available.

The Avalon Golf Estate offers a multitude of activities for all members of the family, regardless of age. From the 18-hole golf course to the tennis courts, billiards and foosball tables, the outdoor recreation area and playground, and the large communal swimming pool, the whole family can enjoy a wide range of activities, in addition to miles of nature trails and private roads. The two restaurants in the golf clubhouse delight gourmets with a varied menu, served from dining rooms overlooking the mountains and ocean.

This condominium, located in the heart of the island's green lung, is close to several typically Mauritian attractions such as the sacred Ganga Talao Lake and the Black River Gorges National Park. It is just 20 kilometers from the international airport and 20 minutes from the wild beaches of the south. The estate also has its own helipad.
