House / Villa

Villa built in 2026, on the coastal road area of Trou aux Biches, walking distance to the beach. Available for long term rental, fully furnished and equipped, first tenants only. Next door is another villa currently being completed, part of the same quality development rather than unrelated construction.

Set on 8 perches of land (about 337.8 sqm) with 2100 sqft of living space (about 195.1 sqm), spread across two levels for real separation between the bedrooms and the living areas. You get 3 bedrooms, all fitted with air conditioning, one on the ground floor, plus 3 bathrooms and toilets. In addition, there is a fourth room which can be used as an office. The living and dining area is spacious and opens into a bright conservatory, giving the ground floor a real sense of flow rather than a series of closed off rooms.

The kitchen is American style and fully equipped, double refrigerator and dishwasher included, with a separate laundry area so daily life stays organised. Outside, a veranda with decking runs alongside the private pool and garden, the kind of space built for meals outdoors rather than just looking at.

Parking is available for up to 3 cars, behind a motorized gate. Security is covered with cameras and an electric fence, so the property stays private and looked after.
Close to local shops, public transport and shopping malls, everyday convenience without losing the quieter feel Trou aux Biches is known for.

Monthly rent: Rs 90,000, including pool and garden maintenance. No pets.
