UNIQUE LONG TERM RENTAL – POINTE AUX PIMENTS

A real tree growing through your balcony corner. Yes, really.

This brand-new 2-bedroom apartment isn’t your typical rental — it’s built around a real tree, creating a private green corner unlike anything else in the area. Just 500m from the beach.

What makes this one different:
Bright, newly built 2-bedroom apartment
Wrap-around balcony — perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks
Rare “treehouse-style” corner built around a real tree
Just 500m walk to the beach
Long term rental — your home, your stability

Wake up with natural light, step onto your balcony, and relax in your own green, peaceful corner — minutes from the ocean.

Ideal for expats, professionals or anyone looking to settle into island life with real character. This concept is rare — once it’s gone, it’s gone.
