This 4 en-suite bedroom villa, including two bedrooms independent from the main house, is for rent in Calodyne, close to the sea and local shops, for a duration of 3 to 9 months.

Set within a vast, lush garden, the property offers panoramic views over the lagoon and the northern islands. Three dogs and two tortoises share the grounds, adding a genuine touch of life and character.

The main house comprises a large veranda with dining area and lounge opening onto the garden and pool, a TV lounge with library, two en-suite bedrooms including a master suite with dressing room, bathroom and study, a furnished and equipped kitchen, a scullery/laundry room, as well as a second cosy lounge and a study nook. Two independent en-suite bedrooms, set slightly lower, complete the property.

Outside, a slate pool is complemented by a kiosk, ideal for lunch or dinner outdoors.

The fully enclosed, secure property is located in a quiet neighbourhood.

Rent: from €6,500. The rental includes discreet, attentive Mauritian service: housekeeping, a cook, gardener, pool maintenance, general maintenance, internet, water, pest control, as well as thoughtful daily touches. The organisation of authentic island experiences is also available, at an additional cost.
