OFF-PLAN PROJECT, AVAILABLE ONLY TO MAURITIUS CITIZENS (SCIA PROJECT)

A paradisiacal location has been selected for this 49-unit residence, offering breathtaking views of Le Morne Brabant mountain and one of the few opportunities on the west coast with direct access to the lagoon. Another major asset is its immense 60-meter infinity pool. From the highest point of the complex, it cascades down to a second 30-meter pool and the clubhouse below, right on the water's edge.

This 82 m² one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor and opens directly onto the complex's gardens and the large communal pool, with views of the lagoon and Le Morne. It comprises a 34 m² living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a 17 m² terrace.

In addition to its exceptional swimming pool and clubhouse, the residence offers a fully equipped gym and a yoga pavilion in the communal garden, a kids' club, and a dedicated children's pool. A fire pit (boma) with comfortable sofas enhances the poolside setting, and a sky bar on the roof of the main building provides the perfect spot to enjoy warm evenings and unforgettable sunsets.

While being on the edge of town and close to all its shops, restaurants, schools, sports centers, clinics, golf courses, and more, you'll also benefit from the proximity of all the region's leisure activities, from water sports to outdoor pursuits, with the Black River Gorges National Park nearby.

An optional Smart Home package frees you from all logistical worries with its home automation system, offering owners security, comfort, convenience, and energy efficiency by allowing them to fully control their smart devices via their smartphone.

A Deco Pack will also be available as an option for owners who wish to have their property fully furnished, decorated, and equipped.

Finally, a property management service is offered to owners wishing to optimize their return on investment when they are not occupying their property.

This off-plan project is available only to Mauritian citizens. Construction has begun, with delivery scheduled for 2027.
