House / Villa

Nestenn presents this superb property, a secluded address, exceptional architecture, and a unique way to experience Mauritius.

In a pristine natural setting in western Mauritius, this villa, part of an exclusive collection of only six units, offers a rare residential experience where contemporary architecture blends seamlessly with nature and the seascape.

Nestled in a tranquil setting, it enjoys a privileged location, secluded enough to offer privacy and serenity, while remaining close to amenities and iconic landmarks of the west coast, all accessible by car.

With a generous living area of 445 m², this villa was designed on a 1125 m² plot, like a true haven open to its surroundings:

The generous volumes, clean lines, and resolutely minimalist design create an atmosphere that is at once contemporary, warm, and timeless.

The choice of premium materials underscores the desire to seamlessly integrate the property into its surroundings: local wood species, used particularly for the solid wood interior doors, blend with natural stone from Mauritian quarries, lending character and authenticity to each space.

Designed for both entertaining and enjoying moments of absolute tranquility, the villa offers generous living spaces perfectly connected to nature.

Large bay windows blur the lines between indoors and outdoors. Natural light, tropical breezes, and the surrounding landscapes become integral to the daily experience.
The expansive terraces naturally extend the reception areas outdoors, inviting guests to fully enjoy Mauritius' exceptional climate.

The en suite bedrooms feature refined bathrooms inspired by the world of private spas.

The American-style kitchen, elegantly integrated into the living spaces, boasts high-end appliances from Italian and German brands.

A ceiling height of 2.80 meters further enhances the feeling of spaciousness and fluidity.

Outside, a 32 m² private swimming pool with a slate bottom becomes a natural extension of the villa, offering a privileged space to relax surrounded by nature.

This property, which combines sophistication and sustainability, benefits from solutions designed to improve its energy efficiency and preserve natural resources, notably through a rainwater harvesting system and a design focused on energy performance.

Additional options can also be integrated according to the owner's wishes:

• Fourth bedroom with a covered terrace
• Enclosed garage for one vehicle with storage space
• Installation of photovoltaic panels
• Construction of a basement

One of the most unique aspects of this project lies in its deeply personalized approach.
Here, it's not simply about choosing a villa. It's about creating your own world.

The owner is guided by the project designer through a personalized process designed to understand their tastes, aspirations, habits, and vision for their future home.

Each choice contributes to creating a unique interior, perfectly aligned with your personality and lifestyle.

More than just a residence, this villa is an invitation to embrace a lifestyle where space, nature, light, and privacy take center stage.

A property conceived for those seeking a secluded address in Mauritius, remarkable architecture, and amenities that meet their highest expectations.

Only six villas, nestled in a pristine environment, offer an exclusive residential experience.
