Apartment

A private collection of just 10 luxury apartments and 2 penthouses on the north-east coast of Mauritius

Set directly on the sea front in Roches Noires, North-East Mauritius, this intimate new development offers a rare combination of spectacular ocean views, contemporary design and a peaceful coastal setting, just around the corner from the established lifestyle of Azuri Ocean and Golf Village.

Designed for relaxed island living, the residences feature generous terraces, natural materials, elegant interiors and strong indoor-outdoor connections. The development is intentionally small, with just 12 residences, creating a more private and tranquil atmosphere than a larger resort-style project.

The landscaped coastal setting is planned to include two swimming pools and a relaxed man-made beach area, creating attractive spaces for residents to enjoy the sea-front location. A jetty in front of the development also provides access for small boats and excursions along the coastline, with some of the region’s secluded beaches and coves accessible by sea.

For everyday convenience, Azuri is close by, offering restaurants and cafés, a gourmet market, spa and wellness facilities, tennis, padel, fitness, swimming and water sports and Azuri’s acclaimed 9-hole par-3 golf course offers an enjoyable way to spend time out with friends.

Golfers also have easy proximity to the renowned Constance Belle Mare Plage, home to the Legend and Links championship courses on the east coast of Mauritius.

Construction of this project is already well underway, with completion anticipated in mid-2027.

The apartments are sold unfurnished, to allow owners to give their homes a bespoke design, but with the price including the specified fixtures and fittings. Current availability ranges from spacious 2- and 3-bedroom apartments to two exceptional penthouses, including the largest penthouse with approximately 338.71m² of total built area and a 166.15m² terrace.
