Set within the peaceful surroundings of Piton, Les Hauts Champs presents a rare opportunity to embrace a lifestyle where nature, heritage, and contemporary living come together in perfect harmony. Designed as a low-density residential estate, Les Hauts Champs is distinguished by its mature landscape, established character, and deep connection to the land, offering residents an environment that feels both timeless and effortlessly sophisticated.

Unlike many new developments, Les Hauts Champs is a place with an existing soul. Ancient trees, a tranquil lake, preserved heritage elements, and thoughtfully landscaped surroundings create a setting rich in authenticity and charm. Every corner of the estate reflects a respect for its history, while carefully considered architecture introduces a modern residential experience that blends naturally into the scenery. The result is a community where luxury is expressed through space, privacy, and a profound sense of belonging rather than excess.

The newly introduced Phase 2 expands on this vision with a limited collection of just 17 single-storey villas nestled within lush greenery. Created to complement the natural beauty of the estate, these residences are positioned to maximise privacy while maintaining a seamless relationship with the surrounding landscape. The architecture remains understated and elegant, allowing mature vegetation, open skies, and generous outdoor spaces to take centre stage.

Life at Les Hauts Champs is designed around comfort, tranquillity, and wellbeing. Internal roads prioritise soft mobility, encouraging walking and cycling throughout the estate, while landscaped pathways create a welcoming and pedestrian-friendly atmosphere. The carefully planned masterplan promotes a slower pace of life, where residents can reconnect with nature and enjoy everyday moments in an environment that feels calm, secure, and beautifully maintained.

Each villa has been thoughtfully crafted to offer spacious open-plan living areas, generous bedrooms, and a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Large openings invite natural light deep into the homes, while private gardens create a personal sanctuary for relaxation and entertaining. Select villa layouts also offer the flexibility to incorporate additional bedrooms, covered terraces, and private swimming pools, allowing homeowners to tailor their residence to their evolving lifestyle needs.

Beyond its natural beauty, Les Hauts Champs enjoys a strategic location that places residents within easy reach of the North’s most sought-after destinations. The vibrant amenities of Beau Plan, including the Mahogany Shopping Promenade, are only minutes away, while the renowned Domaine de Labourdonnais offers a rich blend of culture, heritage, and leisure. Prestigious educational institutions are conveniently close, making the estate an attractive option for families seeking both serenity and accessibility. The pristine beaches of Belle Mare and Poste Lafayette can also be reached within a short drive, offering effortless access to some of the island’s most spectacular coastal landscapes.

Security, quality, and long-term value have been carefully integrated into the development. The estate benefits from perimeter security measures, landscaped common areas, modern infrastructure, and high-quality construction standards that ensure both comfort and durability. Every element has been selected to create a living environment that will remain attractive and desirable for years to come.

Les Hauts Champs is more than a residential development; it is a place where nature sets the rhythm of everyday life. Surrounded by established greenery and rooted in a landscape shaped by time, it offers a rare balance between countryside tranquillity and modern convenience. For homeowners seeking privacy, elegance, and a meaningful connection to their surroundings, Les Hauts Champs represents a truly exceptional address in the North of Mauritius.
