Apartment

For sale in Mont Choisy, on the north coast of Mauritius, this brand-new apartment offers 98 m² of living space plus a 9.5 m² private terrace. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms and three toilets, comes furnished and includes one allocated parking space. The residence provides a shared pool and a complete wellness area, and the property is open to foreign buyers, sold with no agency fees.

The terrace extends the living area and gives the apartment its own outdoor space; across 98 m², those extra square metres change how evenings are spent, the northern climate allowing them to be used almost all year round. Beyond the pool, the residence houses a wellness area combining a spa, a sauna and a hammam, equipment rarely found in a development of this size. The building also has a lift, a caretaker, video surveillance, an electric gate and a standby generator that keeps it clear of power cuts, and the apartment is connected to fibre optic and internet.

Mont Choisy lines up one of the longest public beaches in the north, bordered by a calm, shallow lagoon that families favour, a few minutes from Grand Baie and its shops, clinics and international schools. A brand-new apartment with this level of shared amenities, open to foreign buyers, remains uncommon on the northern market.
