Contemporary Golf Estate Living in the Heart of Grand Baie

Set within the prestigious Mont Choisy Golf & Beach Estate, this semi-furnished 2 bedroom apartment at Mont Choisy La Réserve offers a refined yet relaxed approach to island living, combining contemporary architecture, generous outdoor spaces and access to one of the most complete residential lifestyles in the north of Mauritius.

Designed around light, space and a seamless connection with the outdoors, the apartment features an open-plan living and dining area extending onto a private terrace – an inviting setting for relaxed breakfasts, entertaining or simply enjoying the tropical surroundings.

Both bedrooms are comfortable and well proportioned, while air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area ensures year-round comfort. Offered semi-furnished, the apartment provides an excellent foundation for a new owner to personalise the interiors while enjoying the convenience of a home that is already partly equipped.

The Distinctive Style of Mont Choisy La Réserve

The apartments at Mont Choisy La Réserve are arranged in intimate clusters overlooking generous swimming pool areas and beautifully landscaped tropical gardens.

Contemporary WATG Architect is complemented by subtle European influences, with concrete-effect flooring, composite stone and slatted timber detailing creating an elegant, understated aesthetic. The result is a residence that feels modern yet entirely at home within its tropical environment.

The emphasis on indoor-outdoor living allows residents to enjoy the natural beauty, space and light that define the Mont Choisy lifestyle.

More Than a Home – An Established Estate Lifestyle

One of the greatest advantages of owning at Mont Choisy La Réserve is the lifestyle that comes with being part of Mont Choisy Golf & Beach Estate.

At its heart lies the spectacular 18-hole championship golf course designed by Peter Matkovich, surrounded by mature landscaping and open green spaces. After a round of golf, the Clubhouse provides an elegant meeting place, with its restaurant, bar and terrace overlooking the fairways.

The estate has been thoughtfully planned around outdoor living, wellness and recreation, creating an environment where residents can enjoy an active lifestyle while retaining a genuine sense of privacy and space.

Its position on the edge of Grand Baie is another major advantage. Mon Choisy Beach, restaurants, cafés, shopping, healthcare, leisure facilities and the vibrant lifestyle of Grand Baie are all within easy reach.

Residents are also ideally positioned to benefit from the continued evolution of Mont Choisy Smart City, including the Boulevard, Parkway and the wider range of lifestyle and commercial facilities being developed around the estate.

An Attractive Property for Living or Investing in Mauritius

Whether you are searching for a primary residence, a lock-up-and-leave holiday home or a property investment in the north of Mauritius, this apartment offers the advantage of an established international golf estate combined with the convenience of Grand Baie.

Mont Choisy has evolved into much more than a residential development. It is a growing community where golf, beach, wellness and everyday conveniences come together in one of the north coast's most desirable locations.
