Townhouse / Duplex

Tucked away in a secure, gated estate of just six townhouses, this rare coastal property offers something special — direct beach access, uninterrupted lagoon and mountain views, and total peace of mind. Positioned on the only stretch of the East Coast that enjoys a sunset and, protected from the prevailing winds, you’ll enjoy calm waters and awesome water activities.
With the turquoise lagoon stretching out in front and a backdrop of postcard-perfect mountains, this is a home that invites you to slow down and take it all in — whether as a permanent residence or a relaxed weekend retreat. The location is ideal for those looking for quiet, unspoilt surroundings, while still being just 15 minutes from the lively Azuri Ocean & Golf Village and only 13 minutes to Belle Mare’s hotels and world-class golf courses.
This triple-storey home features an open-plan living and dining area with a modern American-style kitchen leading onto a covered terrace with a private plunge pool. Each bedroom is en suite and spaced across the three levels, offering privacy and comfort for families of all ages. The top-floor suite opens out onto a large wrap-around terrace — perfect for a quiet cup of coffee or an inspiring home office setup with island views.
Currently unfurnished, the property gives the new owner the opportunity to have a say in the finishes and furnishings, similar in style to the beautifully decorated show unit. Whether you're looking for a serene lifestyle close to nature or an easy lock-up-and-go coastal base, this property offers both.
Only available to Mauritian citizens, this is a rare chance to own in one of the most scenic corners of the island. Secure, peaceful, and well-positioned — this is North-East Coast living at its best.
