Magenta Parkside represents the beginning of something deeply personal, offering a canvas for your home, dreams, and future, open to Mauritian citizens only.

In this secure, gated community, spacious residential plots ranging from 500 to 3,980 m² sit directly beside a massive 15-hectare park, inviting residents to build a life surrounded by nature and connection.

Situated next to Medine Smart City, the development ensures you are always close to essential schools, healthcare, and shops, with every detail meticulously designed for the life you imagine and the memories you have yet to make.

Only 5 fully serviced plots featuring underground infrastructure are currently left for purchase.

Backed by the assurance of the Medine Group, Magenta Parkside is bound to become one of the most sought-after addresses in the West.

Residents will enjoy walkable access to green spaces and park trails, all while staying protected by strict architectural guidelines designed to preserve long-term community value.

The location is uniquely strategic, sitting just minutes away from major regional amenities including the East West Connector, Middlesex University, Cascavelle Shopping Mall, the SPARC sports complex, international schools, and the popular beaches of Flic en Flac and Tamarin.

Central to this lifestyle are two major landscaping projects driven by Medine Group’s sustainable vision.

Upon completion, the 15-hectare park will shelter thousands of trees, including endemic species, alongside a dedicated parking area connected to the surrounding ring road.

Complementing the park is the first phase of the Magenta Promenade, a 60-meter-wide and 400-meter-long stretch bordered by vibrant trees and shrubs.

This green corridor connects directly to an underground pedestrian and cycling bypass, seamlessly linking SPARC and the nearby university campus.
