Agricultural land

The project Les Parcelles is an
agricultural land development located in the Savannah region in the south of
Mauritius, specifically in the area of Gros Bois. It is conceived as a
carefully planned, small-scale agricultural estate offering a limited number of
plots within a preserved and naturally rich environment. The development
consists of 15 exclusive agricultural plots, designed to provide owners with
both investment potential and an opportunity to engage in farming or
nature-oriented activities in a structured setting.

Each plot varies in size, ranging
approximately from 2,113 m² to 2,441 m², offering sufficient space for diverse
agricultural uses while maintaining a sense of openness and privacy. The
project is integrated within a broader master-planned region that already hosts
residential communities, making it part of an evolving but established area
rather than an isolated development.

The concept behind Les Parcelles
is rooted in a balance between productive land use and quality of life. It is
positioned as a destination where agriculture, lifestyle, and long-term value
intersect. The environment is intentionally preserved, with an emphasis on
greenery, clean air, and a peaceful atmosphere. This creates a setting where
owners can cultivate crops, develop small-scale farming projects, or simply
enjoy a rural environment that remains connected to modern infrastructure.

The surrounding Savannah area is
envisioned as a broader integrated development characterized by mixed uses,
including residential, commercial, and agricultural zones. The landscape
includes extensive landholdings, with hundreds of arpents dedicated to a
combination of sustainable agriculture, pastures, and preserved natural spaces.
The overall approach promotes environmentally conscious land use, with an
emphasis on maintaining natural ecosystems while enabling human activity in a
controlled and harmonious way.

Les Parcelles also benefits from
its strategic location. Despite its tranquil and rural character, it remains
well connected to key regions across the island. Major destinations such as the
airport, Curepipe, Ebene, Moka, and Port Louis are all accessible within
reasonable driving times, making it suitable for both permanent and occasional
use. Coastal areas such as Pointe d’Esny are also within close reach,
reinforcing the lifestyle aspect of the project.

Within the wider Savannah
development, several amenities and future projects are planned to enhance
convenience and community life. These include local commercial facilities, a
farm, a sports centre, a clinic, educational institutions, and a business park.
These elements contribute to transforming the area into a self-sustained
environment where agricultural land ownership is complemented by essential
services and infrastructure.

Overall, Les Parcelles is
presented as an opportunity to acquire agricultural land within a structured
and forward-looking development. It combines the advantages of a natural, calm
setting with the benefits of a larger master plan that supports long-term
value, accessibility, and a diversified lifestyle anchored in nature and
sustainability.
