Where you learn to enjoy your land with care and respect.

Be part of a community ready for change.

Make La Vallée de Ferney your new home.

A magical place where you and your family are bound to flourish.

Designed for farming, 76 ready to build freehold plots are available for the first phase of the project. Spanning over 189 arpents, the land parcels range from 0.9 arpents to 3.5 arpents and can accommodate an autonomous farm house. 29 arpent have also been designated for reforestation within the development, and natural corridors integrated within the project, from ridge to reef.

With a set of established architectural guidelines, the project is designed to seamlessly incorporate a style inspired by the Dutch settlers to its environment, a design grounded in nature.

As an autonomous farm, the bioclimatic architecture will enable your home to be

energy-sufficient, insulated, and well-ventilated. All the farms will be 100% off-grid with solar photovoltaic systems.

Ferney Farm Living will equally benefit from a vibrant hub, hosting existing and upcoming facilities, such as a co-working space, a restaurant, eco-tourism activities, and a collection of shops and amenities.
