Residential land

This 2 030 m² residential plot is located in Bois Chéri, in the south of Mauritius, within Avalon Golf Estate, a secure, well-maintained estate. It gives access to the 18-hole golf course and the clubhouse, the road access is fully completed and architectural covenants govern the development of the neighbourhood.

A parcel of this size leaves real design freedom: the future villa can be set well back, with garden and terraces oriented to the path of the sun rather than to the constraints of the neighbourhood. Ground coverage limited to 20% guarantees vast outdoor spaces around each property over the long term. The estate is guarded day and night, with a gatehouse, a security service and outdoor lighting in place: the buyer's budget can go into the house rather than into servicing the land.

Features

- Land: 2 030 m², ground coverage limited to 20%
- Additional features: access to the 18-hole golf course and the clubhouse, estate guarded day and night with gatehouse and security service, outdoor lighting, fully completed road access, architectural covenants

The south remains the most unspoilt region of the coastline, and Bois Chéri occupies its green heights, cooler than the coast, with the airport, the motorway, the golf course and the sea close by. A plot of over 2 000 m² in a guarded golf estate remains uncommon: it is offered at Rs 9 000 000.
