MORCELLEMENT ALEXANDRIA
The coast of Pointe aux Biches has the characteristics of being one of the most beautiful spot of Mauritius with a mixture of local tropical colours whilst being reluctively close to the commercial centers of Grand Bay. The Morcellement Alexandria has been designed on a plot of land of 10 acres facing the public beach of Pointe aux Biches with a fantastic view of the sea. Alexandria is an alternative of high standing to that of the built-up area and which is surrounded by the nature in a region of high prestigious residential area.

The Project
The Morcellement consists of some 60 lots of approximately 94 to 180 Toises each, situated 100 meters from the public beach of Pointe aux Biches.
The project is a 'Gated' Morcellement with all the infrastructure of high standard: security posts at the entrance and exit, pavements, underground cabling, green spaces, landscaping, street lighting of common areas, etc. The project is ideal for family wishing to stay in an area close to the beach or to optimise their investment by renting their proposed villa.
