Ekô Savannah is a visionary off-plan real estate development nestled at the foot of La Tourelle Mountain on the unspoilt West Coast of Mauritius. This exclusive gated community features 47 private villas with three to five bedrooms, each offering a generous swimming pool, outdoor shower, and beautifully landscaped private garden.
Spanning seven hectares, Ekô Savannah has been thoughtfully designed to harmonize with its natural surroundings. The villas blend raw concrete, natural wood, and contemporary design, creating a timeless aesthetic that complements the development’s sustainable ethos. With high-end kitchens, modern appliances, and wine cellars included, these homes reflect sophistication and functionality.
The central area includes a host of premium amenities: a clubhouse, fitness centre, restaurant, bar and lounge, kids club, a fully equipped W.I.M business centre, and a spectacular 120m² swimming pool. Dedicated concierge services will coordinate everything from excursions to curated events, while 24/7 security, rental management, and landscaping services offer peace of mind and convenience.
With six customizable villa types, owners can tailor their property to match their lifestyle. The entire project is anchored in sustainability, featuring energy-efficient designs and comprehensive water and waste management systems.
Whether you're seeking a serene island lifestyle, a sound investment, or both—Ekô Savannah offers the perfect balance between nature, comfort, and luxury living.
