House / Villa

Between the hills and
the ocean, 27° West takes its place within the protected landscape of Domaine
de Palmyre, bringing together just six private villas in one of the most
naturally beautiful corners of Mauritius. Each residence has been oriented to
capture sweeping views the ocean glittering in the distance, the hills rolling
toward Le Morne, the sky shifting colour as the sun moves west. Materials are
honest and warm; the design modern without feeling cold. Three interconnected
levels give each villa a natural sense of flow, from the open living and dining
spaces at the top, down through the master suite, to the private bedrooms and
gardens below. This is a development defined by restraint as much as ambition a
rare address for those who know that the finest things rarely announce
themselves.
Nestled within the
prestigious Domaine de Palmyre in Black River, the 3-bedroom villas at 27° West
offer an exceptional lifestyle where contemporary architecture meets the
untamed beauty of the west coast of Mauritius. Surrounded by protected nature
reserves and breathtaking scenery, these exclusive residences combine privacy,
elegance, and panoramic views stretching from the mountains to the Indian
Ocean.

Designed across three
levels connected by a private lift, each villa follows the natural slope of the
land, creating a fluid transition between indoor and outdoor living while
maximizing light and views. The upper level hosts the main living areas, where
the open-plan living room, dining space, and designer kitchen flow seamlessly
onto a spacious terrace with an outdoor lounge and private infinity pool. Large
bay windows blur the boundaries between inside and outside, allowing the
landscape to become an integral part of everyday living.

The master suite
occupies the middle level, offering a serene retreat with a private terrace
overlooking the surrounding landscape. The lower level accommodates two
additional bedrooms, as well as a versatile room that can be used as a home
office, gym, or additional living space, providing flexibility for modern
lifestyles.

Covering approximately 292.3
m² of total built area, these villas are thoughtfully designed to offer both
functionality and sophistication, with refined materials, elegant proportions,
and carefully curated interior finishes.

Located just minutes
from the vibrant village of Tamarin, the development enjoys easy access to
marinas, golf courses, international schools, restaurants, and medical
facilities. The iconic landscapes of Le Morne, turquoise lagoons, and the
lively west coast lifestyle are all within close reach, making 27° West a rare
address where nature, convenience, and luxury coexist in perfect harmony.

Whether as a permanent
residence, holiday home, or investment opportunity, this 3-bedroom villa offers
a refined living experience in one of Mauritius’ most sought-after coastal
regions.
