Pereybere's pearl, MAURITIUS

Exclusive collection of 8 villas · PDS Scheme
Nestled in the heart of Péreybère, on the north coast of Mauritius, this development is an exclusive collection of 8 luxury villas, crafted for those who refuse to settle for the ordinary. This Type A villa offers 296 m² of built area on a single level, set within a secure and private residential environment.

Its contemporary architecture blends premium materials, clean lines and generous openings that flood every room with natural light. From the moment you step inside, life unfolds around the private pool measuring 8.5 × 4 m, clad in natural slate, its 33 m² sun deck and beautifully lit landscaped garden — a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.

The villa features 4 bedrooms, including a 19 m² master suite with private dressing room and ensuite bathroom, a generous 42 m² living and TV lounge, a fully equipped kitchen open to the 31 m² dining area, and a 23 m² covered terrace. The villa is delivered fully equipped, including all kitchen appliances and white goods — ready to move into from day one.

Parking has been thoughtfully designed: a closed garage for 2 vehicles (33 m²) complemented by 2 private visitor parking spaces — a rare feature at this level. Finishes are exceptional throughout: imported Italian floor tiles, quartz worktops, premium aluminium joinery, centralised solar water heating and a decorative natural stone wall. The residence also includes a shared fitness area.

Perfectly located just 5 minutes from Grand Bay and its amenities, 10 minutes from Mont Choisy Golf Estate, 25 minutes from Port Louis and 55 minutes from SSR International Airport.

Priced MUR 46,234,000, this villa is acquired under the PDS scheme, granting permanent residency in Mauritius to the purchaser, their spouse and children under 24. Full freehold title, with no capital gains tax, dividend tax or inheritance tax.
