House / Villa

Located in the north of Mauritius, just minutes from the Cap Malheureux lagoon and its iconic beaches, this residence offers a refined tropical lifestyle in a preserved natural setting. This intimate project, made up of only 16 contemporary villas, combines architecture inspired by Mauritian heritage with modern comfort and high-quality residential services.

Nestled in a peaceful natural environment, away from main traffic routes, the estate enjoys a particularly quiet atmosphere, free from noise pollution and road traffic. A true haven of tranquility, ideal for recharging or working remotely in total serenity.

Designed for those seeking peace and elegance, the estate offers a secure, human-scale environment, a community center, landscaped green areas, and centralized technical management (generator, water tank, motorized gate). It also stands out for its eco-conscious approach, incorporating photovoltaic installations and water recycling options. The purchase is open to non-Mauritian citizens under the RES scheme, with personalized support provided until handover, scheduled within 22 months from the start of construction (July 2026).

This villa, set on a 657 m² plot, offers approximately 246 m² of living space. The design emphasizes generous volumes, open-plan layouts, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. It includes three en-suite bedrooms, a spacious living area with integrated kitchen, a scullery and laundry room, two verandas, a private 6 x 3 m pool, and a landscaped tropical garden.

High-end finishes include noble materials and elegant design elements such as exposed beams, volcanic stone cladding, and natural wood. Several upgrade options are available: an independent studio (which can serve as a fourth bedroom), a garden kiosk, a garage, or a full decoration package. A carport is included as part of the exclusive launch offer, valid for the first four reservations of this second phase, which comprises only eight villas.

The location is ideal: just 10 minutes from Bain Bœuf beach—renowned for its natural beauty—and close to shopping centers, restaurants, cafés, and northern Mauritius’ daily conveniences. Golf enthusiasts will also appreciate the proximity of Mont Choisy’s 18-hole championship course, less than 10 minutes away by car. Grand Baie, with its international schools, clinic, shops, and marina, is also nearby.

A rare opportunity in a highly sought-after area of Mauritius.
