This boutique beachfront development has been carefully envisioned as an intimate low-density residence, offering an atmosphere of exclusivity and serenity along one of Mauritius’ most preserved lagoons. Framed by tropical landscaping and the crystal-clear waters of the east coast, the project combines sophisticated contemporary architecture with the relaxed charm of island living. Its privileged setting allows residents to enjoy both privacy and convenience, with leisure attractions, nature reserves, golf courses and everyday amenities located within easy reach. Developed under the Ground+2 scheme, Hermitage Beach Apartments is available to both Mauritian and international purchasers, making it a compelling opportunity for lifestyle buyers and investors seeking a premium address by the sea.

The three-bedroom residences have been thoughtfully crafted to provide spacious interiors, modern elegance and practical comfort. Each apartment spans approximately 120 square metres and is enhanced by a generous terrace or balcony that naturally extends the living environment outdoors. The interiors are designed with an emphasis on openness and light, featuring expansive living and dining spaces that encourage seamless indoor-outdoor living while capturing cooling sea breezes and natural sunlight throughout the day.

At the centre of each home, the contemporary kitchen combines sleek aesthetics with everyday functionality. Fitted with quality European appliances, stylish cabinetry and carefully curated finishes, the kitchen is designed to serve as both a practical workspace and a welcoming social hub. Open layouts and island counters further enhance the fluidity of the living spaces, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and inviting.

The sleeping quarters offer a peaceful retreat defined by comfort and understated sophistication. The master suite benefits from a private en-suite bathroom appointed with premium fittings, refined textures and modern sanitary ware. Two additional bedrooms share a beautifully finished bathroom, maintaining the same high standards of design and quality found throughout the residence. Every apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, dedicated laundry facilities, generous storage solutions and intelligently planned layouts that prioritise ease of living. Ground-floor apartments open onto private landscaped gardens, while upper-level residences enjoy elevated perspectives over the tropical gardens, swimming pool and turquoise lagoon beyond.

Residents benefit from an exclusive collection of amenities designed to recreate the atmosphere of a private seaside resort. At the heart of the development, lush tropical gardens surround a large swimming pool and intimate plunge pool, creating peaceful spaces for relaxation and leisure. Dedicated social areas, including an elegant residents’ lounge, barbecue facilities and a stylish kiosk, provide ideal settings for entertaining or unwinding with family and friends. A fully equipped fitness area further enhances the lifestyle experience, encouraging wellness within the comfort of the residence.

Direct beach access allows residents to fully immerse themselves in the beauty of oceanfront living, where the soothing sound of the waves and the natural beauty of the coastline become part of everyday life. The development also places strong emphasis on security and convenience, with controlled gated access, CCTV surveillance, intercom systems, on-site security services and professional property management ensuring complete peace of mind.
