Imagine an exclusive place in the heart of a beautiful 75-year-old orchard. Imagine yourself living shortly away from the capital city in Petit Verger, La Pointe , facing its limpid lagoon and being the first to welcome the colourful dugout canoes and their catch of the day ... This dream can come true with Sea N Tree, established by Roland Maurel Group. Exclusively designed for Mauritians, this upscale residential complex offers all the facilities of an IRS/RES/PDS project project, for an amazing price... The beginning of its construction is scheduled for May 2019!
Ideally located
Nestled between sea and mountains, Sea N Tree aims at being steadfastly modern, while blending with the sweet life of a Mauritian village. Only ten minutes away from Port-Louis by car, with the shopping centres of Caudan Waterfront and Bagatelle nearby, Sea N Tree makes it possible to perfectly juxtapose the hectic life of its residents and the soothing peace desired after a tiring day full of activities.
Benefits worthy of a 5-star establishment
This luxurious complex provides 26 apartments and 6 penthouses, each offering a sea view, a beach view, or a splendid view on the trees of the orchard. The living spaces have been thought for a prosperous family life. The "Deco Pack" sets forth a marine-coloured contemporary and refined decoration. Its wooden textures enact an indoor atmosphere which perfectly matches the surrounding nature.
The services offered to the residents ennobles Sea N Tree to the level of a 5-star establishment. Indeed, everything correlates with a Beach Club, 2 swimming pools, a Kids Club and a fitness centre for the sport-savvy. And since luxury is limitless, boat owners will be able to anchor them at their doorstep.
